Santiago, Chile – Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, leader of Uganda’s National Unity Platform, has urged people who believe in democracy to work together to stop those who want to destroy it.
Speaking at a conference in Chile, Kyagulanyi Ssentamu said that people who hate democracy are working hard to make sure it fails.
“Those that despise democracy and the rule of law are working so hard to ensure that evil prevails,” he said.
He warned that if people who believe in democracy do not work together, those who want to destroy it will succeed.
Kyagulanyi Ssentamu urged people to push harder to protect democracy, freedom, and human rights.
Kyagulanyi Ssentamu’s message is important because Uganda is facing challenges to its democracy.
As a leader, he has spoken out for democratic reforms and human rights in Uganda.
His words remind that nations must work together to protect democracy and human rights.
Kyagulanyi Ssentamu’s call to action is a reminder that democracy is not just a system of government, but a way of life that requires effort and dedication to protect.
