The Mubende territorial police have apprehended a 36-year-old man, Elungat Leonard, on allegations of impersonating a student and sitting for the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) exams.
According to preliminary investigations, the incident occurred on October 28, 2025, at Mubende Army School, where Leonard allegedly sat for the Agriculture Paper One exam using the index number of another student, Atuhaire Justus.

The police are conducting further investigations to determine the extent of his involvement in the alleged exam malpractice.
