The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) is scheduled to brief the First Lady and Minister of Education and Sports, Janet Museveni, on the release of the 2024 Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) results tomorrow, Tuesday, January 21, 2025. The briefing will take place at State House Nakasero at 2:30 pm.
Following the briefing, the official release date of the PLE 2024 results will be confirmed.
This meeting is a precursor to the formal release of the results, which will provide insight into the performance of the 798,742 students who sat for the examination at various centers across the country.
The release of the PLE results is a significant event in Uganda’s education calendar, as it determines the progression of students to secondary school.
The UNEB has been working diligently to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the results, and the briefing with the First Lady and Education Minister marks an important step in the process.
