In a thrilling semifinal matchup, Kyaggwe Saza football team ended Buwekula Saza’s unbeaten streak in the 2024 Masaza Tournament, defeating them 2-1 in the first leg at Bishop SS Mukono’s playground.

Buwekula, previously undefeated in the tournament, now faces an uphill battle to reach the finals.

Their only hope lies in winning the second leg at their home ground, NTC Playgrounds.

In another semifinal clash, Buddu Saza took a crucial lead with a 3-1 away victory over Kyaddondo. However, the tie remains undecided ahead of the return leg.

Next Sunday’s return legs will determine which teams advance to the championship match.

Will Buwekula overcome the deficit to advance, or will Kyaggwe cement their place in the finals? Can Kyaddondo stage a comeback against Buddu?
