Eunice Nabadda Kayondo, the administrator of Kayondo’s estate, has filed a lawsuit against the bank, alleging that it breached the trust she had placed in them by allowing unauthorized withdrawals from account number 0288045860, held at ABSA Bank’s Luwum Street Branch.

According to court documents, the account had a balance of Shs40m when Nabadda took over as administrator.

However, she claims that she was shocked to discover that the balance had dropped to Shs3m, despite not making any withdrawals herself.
